cyberbotx	9123489c32	Added Anope.cmake, moving all my CMake macros into it. ... Fixed CMake error when CMake older than 2.4.8 is used, there is no 'touch' command in cmake -E, spotted by Adam. Fixed Config to auto-detect CMake and revert to configure if CMake isn't found.
