Convert the language files to utf-8 encoding.

The files have been converted using the following script:

Changed msgmerge to not use -E.. it will escape all of some languages and mess up poedit etc. Keep it in xgettext for the bold/underline characters.

Rewrote the example configurations and split them

Also reorganized how the modules are stored, and
made most of the old "extra" modules "core"
