For increased security UnrealIRCd is now compiled with several hardening
options by default. This enables full RELRO (GOT and PLT being read-only), stack protection and address space layout randomization (by enabling PIE, the actual ASLR is left up to kernel). Will cleanup some silly stuff later.. and have a go at the libs stuff..
