newconf world
- #0002920 reported by aquanight, regarding command line mkpasswd,
  patched by BuHHunyx. Syntax: wircd.exe -P|-p authmethod password.
  If it is -p, it will get shown in a MessageBox, -P it will get copied
to clipboard
