Before parsing IRC messages, they were almost all changed to convert IRC color
codes to WeeChat color codes, which caused some bugs when storing data like
account and real names (stored with WeeChat color codes instead of IRC colors).
Now the messages are parsed as-is, then the colors are converted only when
strings are displayed in a buffer by `weechat_printf()`.
Default value of option weechat.color.status_name_tls is set to white instead
of lightgreen.
Now all servers/channels connected with TLS are white, and those without TLS
are lightmagenta.
This pointer is the first argument received by callbacks, and the
existing argument "data" is now automatically freed by WeeChat when the
object containing the callback is removed.
With this new pointer, the linked list of callbacks in scripts has been
removed. This will improve speed of scripts (using a lot of hooks),
reduce memory used by scripts and reduce time to unload scripts.

Since commits d03eb52d49 and
0c48b7ab8b, the IRC color codes are the
same in input line and messages, so the function
irc_color_decode_for_user_entry is not needed any more.
It was used only to decode colors when completing the command /topic
(with the channel topic).
Other clients are using 0x16, and not 0x12 that was the default in
WeeChat (which was able to decode both 0x12 and 0x16).
Now the 0x12 is not decoded and does not make reverse video any more.
New boolean options to control use of inactive colors:
- weechat.look.color_inactive_message
- weechat.look.color_inactive_prefix
- weechat.look.color_inactive_prefix_buffer
- weechat.look.color_inactive_time
New "inactive" color options:
- weechat.color.chat_inactive_line
- weechat.color.chat_inactive_window
- weechat.color.chat_prefix_buffer_inactive_line
