Sebastien Helleu b76d7e4a5c Reintroduce /upgrade command, working only with core and IRC plugin today 
Command will be improved in near future and other plugins like xfer
will be modified to manage upgrade process.

Sebastien Helleu 14d393b11e Partial support of bars, with custom items. 
Today only root bars are partially working (refresh is not always performed),
and bars are not saved in configuration file. To be continued...
