The status PRIVMSG and NOTICE are now displayed the same way for outgoing and
received messages:
Msg(alice) -> @#test: message for ops
Notice(alice) -> @#test: notice for ops
And any message like this is displayed with these tags if the nick is self
nick (case of a bouncer or if capability "echo-message" is enabled):
"self_msg", "notify_none", "no_highlight".
This pointer is the first argument received by callbacks, and the
existing argument "data" is now automatically freed by WeeChat when the
object containing the callback is removed.
With this new pointer, the linked list of callbacks in scripts has been
removed. This will improve speed of scripts (using a lot of hooks),
reduce memory used by scripts and reduce time to unload scripts.

Major changes in Relay plugin:
- IRC proxy feature (beta),
- raw buffer.
Changes in IRC plugin:
- add tags for messages sent to servers,
- add signal "irc_input_send" to simulate text/command on an IRC buffer,
- add prefix in infolist "irc_nick".
This commit introduces Jabber/XMPP protocol for WeeChat. It uses iksemel lib.
Please note many major Jabber features are missing:
- roster management (add/remove/.. buddies),
- MUC,
- transports.
It is possible to define servers (with /jabber), connect to them (with
/jconnect), disconnect (/jdisconnect) and chat with buddies (with /jchat).
