As zstd is too old in ubuntu/xenial (0.5.1 while min version is 0.8.1), this distro is not supported any more.
This directory contains patches that must be applied for some old Debian/Ubuntu versions, in order to build Debian packages. They are automatically applied by the script "tools/build-debian.sh".
