Actions moved to command `/hotlist`:

* `/input hotlist_clear` -> `/hotlist clear`
* `/input hotlist_remove_buffer` -> `/hotlist remove`
* `/input hotlist_restore_buffer` -> `/hotlist restore`
* `/input hotlist_restore_all` -> `/hotlist restore -all`
