Sadie Powell e500258ce4 Add the rpc_data module.
- Add rewritten and namespaced versions of the channel, oper, user
  events.

- Add the following new events:
  * anope.listChannels
  * anope.listOpers
  * anope.listServers
  * anope.listUsers
  * anope.server
