+ removed inittoken, made command initalization happen in init_CommandHash
+- Adapted /stats M to it. Removed /helpop ?commands temporary. Confirming
+ hashtable works.

+- Fixed a bunch of possible bugs in newconf
+- Added sendto_realops logging of config errors
