- display bugs with UTF-8 chars coded on more than 2 bytes

- divide long messages (> 512 bytes) into more messages so IRC server can

parse them correctly

- command name for /server can not contain spaces

- when many WeeChat are launched, log file is not properly written
|
|
(cleared by each WeeChat at startup)
