(this dosnt fix the fact they are using a nc->flag that core wants for something else)

Added a fake umode to indicate we have a vHost, to not break other IRCDs which DO use umodes. Ignoring PTlinks NEWMASK on SVSMODE +r, as that would desynch the services internal vhost.
