Every time compression has been used in TLS it has been a source of trouble. We don't care about such optimizations anyway since connections are long-lived in IRC. We are not some kind of webserver where every millisecond counts.

Versions
- UnrealIRCd 6 is the stable series since December 2021. It is the only supported version.
