cmake: rename internal variable SHAREDIR to DATAROOTDIR
...
This is how other build systems (e.g. autotools) see the variable, and
cmake's own GNUInstallDirs defines the same. It more clearly describes
what this setting does vs. the ambiguous "sharedir".
